Orifice flange & plate
This is a flange specifically for an orifice with a pressure port.
This method, known as flange tapping, involves taking differential pressure measurements from positions 25.4 mm above and below the plate to measure flow rate. Since the flange itself is equipped with differential pressure extraction, there is less concern about internal fluid leakage, making it widely used from low to high pressure.
